                                                                                Secretary :

                                                                        Ms. Nitisha Sharma

Ms. Nitisha Sharma is a very read Social Activist. She has done admirable work in multidimensional Social programs.

MOTHERS’ MILK BANK – A unique initiative taken by Ms. Nitisha Sharma and her NGO Inaya Foundation in establishing Human Milk Banks. Lactating mothers voluntarily donate their own milk here which is collected, processed, pasteurized and distributed to needy infants. Today in India  ___ infants die due to malnutrition as they are deprived of their mother’s milk for medical or social reasons. Hence the pressing need to install Mothers’ Milk banks.

Ms. Nitisha has established a MMB in Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Jaipur by the name AMRIT Milk Bank. This is the 1st Mothers’ Milk Bank in any Private hospital in North India and 2nd amongst all hospitals in North India. Amrit Milk Bank at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital was established in 2016 and in a short span of one year has made a record of collecting, processing and distributing over 650 ltrs of Human milk. She is now working on establishing many more such centers in Private and Government hospitals. It was Ms. Nitisha’s Proposal to Rajasthan government in the Pre-budget meeting of 2015, and her pursuance that 10 government hospitals were chosen for setting up MMB. Nearly 850 mothers have donated there milk and 792 infants have been benefitted from the donors milk . Liters of mothers milk has been collected. 2 more milk banks will be opened in 20 days span. One in JK Lon Jaipur and other one in Jhalawar , Cm constituency.

ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN – Ms. Nitisha Sharma is doing incredible work in the field of Road Safety. Her NGO helps the Police and the Road Transport Department in spreading Awareness on Road Safety Issues viz. Following Road Rules and Road Signs, Spreading awareness on Road Safety Do’s and Don’ts, Educating people on changes made in Road Rules and laws including Court Rulings etc.

The NGO has a large Task Force who motivates people to be good Samaritans and help Accident Victims. Inaya Volunteers also impart 1st Aid Training and CPR training on a large scale.

Currently Ms. Nitisha is spearheading a large Road Safety initiative on behalf of the World Bank and Rajasthan Government, wherein over 1000 Road Safety and 1st Aid Training sessions are being delivered in the Remotest of Remote areas, in the districts of Kota, Bundi. Jhalawar and Baran.  She has been participating and personally visited 200 grams of Jhalawar district and contributed in road safety campaigns,

Her team has recently worked continuously for 90 days ie 3 months in 252 gram panchayats of Jhalawar district and made 4033 road safety volunteers and have touched nearly 64179  audiences from 15th April 2017 to 15thJuly 2017.  Have covered 477 grams and 50 schools of the interior villages of Kota, Baran and Jhalawar till date Feb 2018.

Ms. Nitisha is a force to reckon with today and she has in a small span of 7 years done remarkable work to make people live a healthier, more fulfilling and just Lives.

Ms. Nitisha Sharma’s life has been full of Hardships and Challenges.

She has no background, what so ever, of Social work. She started from scratch and has today built a platform all are proud of. It is only her vision and determination to make a mark in the Society that drives her to rum many extra miles without deterring or getting tired.

Ms. Nitisha Establish the 1st ever Human Milk Bank in a Private hospital in North India. She had to give presentations to many many hospitals, both Private and Government before Mahatma Gandhi Hospital acceded to her cause. This was a daunting task. Not many mothers would dare to take up such a challenge and wish to tread on.

Bagging the World Bank Project, thru government tender process, wherein Inaya was vying with many veteran NGOs is yet another feat of her. It is a tough job to work round the clock, in Sun and Sand, Beat the heat, Boost a raw village team to deliver quality campaigns on Road Safety. But her meticulous, zealous work and the ability to lead from the front has made her carry on this good work to utmost satisfaction of all.

It was Ms. Nitisha Sharma’s talk on Mothers’ Milk Bank Concept  at the Pre-Budget meeting of the Honorable Chief Minister Mrs. Vasundhara Raja, that the sanction of 10 MMBs for Government Hospital was announced.

Her Ability to Plan, Organize and Co-ordinate with the Bureaucrats , Government Departments and other stake holders, is second to none. Her ability of Directing, Controlling and leading from the front with meager resources is unparallel.
